This is a 3 to
4 year contract with HP through its partner Technology Today Limited.
This coverage includes all required parts and materials.
Coverage window options- Standard business hours, standard business
days:
Service is available 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday
AND
Saturday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, holidays are excluded. Extended
business hours, standard business days:
Service is available 8:00 am - 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding
holidays.
4-hour onsite response 24x7x365 has service available around-the-clock
every day, including all holidays.
Implementation- Customer Calls, Next Available Technical Resource,
Onsite, Next Business Day Response, Standard Office Hours, Standard
Office Days, as per Agreement.
Resolution- Hardware Problem Diagnosis, Material and Repair.
Value added- Preventive Maintenance is carried out on the equipment
three (3) times a year and the benefit of unlimited number of support
call outs. Response time to the site for all the equipment is reduced
to 2hours from the time the call is booked DUE TO THE CONTRACTED
SERVICE WINDOW with Technology Today Limited.
Escalation management- established escalation procedures enlist
specialized expertise from HP and selected third-parties.
